We pride ourselves in products like our Plaice Fillets. Did you know that fish decays much faster than other meats? So what is that "fishy smell" that you sense in the supermarkets? I think you can guess!
Plaice is an extremely delicate fish and so it will often decay even faster than some other fishes. Consequently, purchasing air-blast frozen like ours is the best option for you and your nearest. There was no chance for decay before it was frozen - so the freshness is sealed.
