This wonderful product is mainly fish fillet (80%) and all the rest is the light lemon and pepper dusting. If you'd prefer Haddock over Sole - let us know. An easy one to fit in the freezer, and extremely high quality.

To air fry, reduce the temperature and cook for the same length of time.
This product can also be pan fried with a small amount of butter.
