These are a succulent breast of Duck, in a 48 hour Marinade. Choose between Chinese Plum & Shanghai. Or half of each. I kid you not, despite the reputation which cooking Duck comes with, these really are very easy to prepare.
All the cooking instructions are supplied with all of our prepared products, so you have no need to worry - all the information you need will be tucked away nicely in your freezer with your products.
Defrost, and oven bake skin side up for 10-15 mins. Let it rest, carve & serve! We love it with rice or noodles, garnished with spring onions.

Returns
Our returns policy is very simple: we will exchange anything you don't like and haven't cooked for the equivalent of another product as long as you contact us within 14 days. Please contact us by telephone or send us an email to make arrangements.
